Background: Originally from Goose Creek, SC, I am a 1991 graduate of the University of South Carolina. I am married and have two sons. Wesley is 16 years old and Brett is 9 years old.
This is my 18th year teaching at Wood Elementary. I taught 3rd grade for 8 years before moving on to 4th grade. I actually student taught in a 3rd grade classroom at Wood Elementary 19 years ago! I loved Wood Elementary so much that I knew this is where I wanted to teach. I am honored and priviledged to teach here at Wood.

I first found out about this site last year and downloaded a couple of songs to use in my classroom for Science as well as Math. Songs can be purchased individually if so desired.  Welcome to 4th Grade!I am so happy to have you as part of our class this year! We are going to have a great start to the new 2010-2011 school year.
